What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Manager at Wozart, you'll be at the forefront of transforming residential living with cutting-edge smart home technologies. Your mission To engage, inspire, and secure partnerships with real estate developers, helping them integrate our smart solutions into their projects.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients
• Conduct in-person product demos to prospective clients, showcasing our technology solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in smart home technology, real estate, or related industries
• Strong track record of sales success and building strategic partnerships
• Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• A network of contacts within the real estate development sector is a plus!
