Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Support & Counselling Representative located in Chandigarh. The individual in this role will provide support to students, addressing their queries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer support, analyzing student needs, and fostering clear communication about services and packages to facilitate their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential lead sources: schools, coaching centres, online communities, social media, etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create lead funnels for different products & services.

• Call and counsel incoming student leads
• Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable GradPilots services
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demo sessions as a consultant
• Maintain a high follow-up discipline to convert enquiries to enrolments

• Maintain accurate data of all leads in Google Sheets/CRM tools
• Update status regularly (new, in-progress, converted, not interested, etc.)
• Share daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions

This is an in-person role based out of Chandigarh.

• 0-1 year experience (or strong interest) in the career counseling / study abroad sector
• Proficiency in Sales roles
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and build trust with students
• Problem-solving skills to provide timely and practical solutions

• Work directly with a new age startup and the founders to build a category-defining ed-tech platform
• Exposure to the higher education and EdTech ecosystem
• Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company scales
