Role Overview

The Relationship Manager - Admissions (South) will support the Business Development Manager in driving student recruitment and enrolments for UG and PG programs offered by European and French institutions, with dedicated focus on the South market.

The role is primarily responsible for building and managing an education agent/channel partner network across Karnataka, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, and supporting on-ground recruitment activities to meet state-level enrolment targets.

This is a field-intensive role suited to a motivated admissions professional with hands-on agent management experience and a good understanding of the Karnataka education landscape.

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education channel sales.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience in building and managing education agent/channel partner networks (non-negotiable).
  • Prior experience recruiting for international universities (UK/EU/France/Global) or reputed Indian universities preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed student recruitment/enrolment targets.
  • Strong understanding of UG/PG admissions processes: eligibility, documentation, timelines, and conversion levers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across South (intercity and intrastate).
  • Fluency in English and Kannada/Telugu (mandatory); knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
