Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through chat platforms professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Prior Chat Support/BPO experience preferred.
- Qualification: BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA.
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and 100% Work from Office.
