Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajendra Place for a Telecalling Sales Executive specializing in business loans. The primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers over the phone, explain business loan products, assess customer eligibility, and assist them through the loan application process.Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets by promoting financial offerings.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Sales aptitude with the ability to engage with customers and explain financial products
- Knowledge of telecalling techniques and customer service best practices
- Basic understanding of business loans and financial products
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate customer records
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment at Rajendra Place
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory
