As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workplace Technology Solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience in managing and implementing Requests for Change to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to support efficient problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills to clearly document technical information and interact with diverse stakeholders.
