IT Recruiter (Domestic India Hiring)

Job Description

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven IT Recruiter with 5 years of experience in domestic (India-based) technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian talent market, proven sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across various IT skill sets.

This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with immediate hiring needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across various technologies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure smooth candidate experience and closures
• Handle offer discussions, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/recruitment trackers
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Ensure quick turnaround time for urgent and immediate hiring requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of technical recruitment experience in the Indian market
• Strong experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
• Proven experience in domestic hiring (India-based candidates)
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Immediate joiners or serving short notice period
• Open to working on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role initial 3 months
• Willing to work on-site (office-based role)
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build talent pipelines for recurring skill demands
