Location: Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter for the Manufacturing & Apprenticeship Vertical responsible for sourcing, mobilizing, and onboarding candidates for manufacturing companies and apprenticeship programs. The role involves building strong sourcing channels across industrial clusters, ITIs, 12th Grade, training institutes, and rural talent pools to support large-scale workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Sourcing & Mobilization
  • Source candidates for manufacturing roles and apprenticeship programs through various channels including , field sourcing, campus drives, and local networks.
  • Build a strong pipeline of ITI, 12th Grade/PUC, and entry-level technical candidates.
  • Conduct sourcing drives in industrial clusters, rural areas, and skill development centers.
  1. Institutional & Campus Engagement
  • Develop partnerships with ITI colleges, institutes, skill development centers, and training partners.
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and mobilization campaigns for apprentice hiring.
  1. Recruitment Process Management
  • Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and client requirements.
  • Educating, Coordinate interviews, assessments, and documentation for hiring.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of candidates.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams, training partners, and client HR teams to ensure fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and partners throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Reporting & MIS
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate pipeline, and joining reports.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, mobilization drives, and hiring achievements.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workforce hiring
  • Knowledge of Apprenticeship programs (NAPS/NATS) is an advantage
  • Field sourcing and mass hiring capability
  • Relationship building with institutions and training partners
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualification
  • Degree in any discipline
Experience
  • 1 4 years of experience in recruitment, manpower sourcing, or campus hiring
  • Experience in manufacturing hiring or apprenticeship recruitment will be an added advantage
