Location: Gurugram

Position Summary

The ASM - Hospitality will drive B2B sales of premium fitness and wellness equipment (treadmills, home gyms, recovery tools) to hotels, resorts, spas, and wellness retreats across Southern India. The role involves leveraging industry networks for high-value contracts, delivering presentations, and fostering long-term partnerships in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network and generate leads by tapping hospitality connections (hotel chains, boutique resorts) for gym/spa upgrades and attending industry events.
  • Manage sales and relationships through site visits, needs assessments, customized proposals, and deal negotiations for key accounts.
  • Conduct polished, English-fluent presentations and live demos showcasing ROI to decision-makers.
  • Handle account onboarding, installations, maintenance, uptime SLAs, and upsell wellness packages or servicing.
  • Maintain CRM for pipeline tracking, win rates, and hospitality revenue reporting.
  • Monitor Southern India trends like wellness tourism and collaborate on targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support sales executives with training on hospitality selling and mentoring juniors on networking.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or MBA in Sales, Hospitality Management, or Business.
  • 4-6 years B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in hospitality (e.g., selling to hotels/resorts).
  • Proven network with GMs, Project Heads, Purchase Managers, or decision-makers in Southern India hospitality.
Essential Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional English fluency for presentations and negotiations.
  • Strong rapport-building with C-suite hospitality leaders.
  • Professional appearance for high-end meetings.
  • Persuasive storytelling on fitness ROI for hotels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic fitness equipment knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel across Southern India.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior sales of equipment/services to hospitality (e.g., spa tech, gym setups).
  • Familiarity with Southern India hotel clusters
