Date of Drive : 7th 8th and 9th April (3 days)
Location : Wipro Vendor GATE, Manikonda Campus, 203/1, ISB Road, Manikonda Village, SEZ, Nanakram Guda, Madhava Reddy Colony, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 50003
Reg time : 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM
Important Instructions- Candidates must carry an updated resume and one Government ID proof
- Candidates who have already attended an interview are not eligible for the next 6 months
- Personal laptops are strictly not allowed
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible
- Role: Service Desk Analyst (Technical Support)
- Support Mode: Calls / Chats / Emails (No choice of modality)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days/week – Mandatory)
- Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts (as per project requirement)
- Transport: One‑way cab facility (7 PM – 7 AM | 30 km radius)
- Office Hours: 9.5 hours per day
- Commute: Candidate must be comfortable commuting to the office
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills required
- Fresher graduates or candidates with experience in Service Desk / Customer Support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting
- Must possess all educational documents (Provisional Certificate + All Marks Memos)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Provide end‑user support for application issues, system administration queries, and network-related concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents via call/chat/email/walk‑ins
- Identify and escalate high‑priority or critical issues
- Accurately log and document all interactions in the incident management tool
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of helpdesk requests
