This role goes beyond a traditional recruiter position.
We seek a strategic talent partner—an individual with deep insight into business, product, and people, capable of building high-performing teams from the ground up.
You will take on a pivotal role, leading and managing end-to-end hiring for Product and Engineering positions, while collaborating closely with founders and leadership.
Requirements
What You’ll Do- Take full ownership of 360° Talent Acquisition, from defining the problem to onboarding new hires
- Work closely with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers to develop and refine hiring strategies
- Lead product and technology recruitment at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership
- Create robust market intelligence and talent mapping across competitors and related industries
- Recruit Tier-1 talent with a strong focus on quality, cultural fit, and long-term impact
- Serve as a consultative advisor to stakeholders, not just an implementation partner
- Design and execute scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and employer branding initiatives
- Introduce innovative sourcing methods, including AI-driven recruitment strategies
- Manage the complete candidate experience with a high-touch, human-first approach
- Develop talent pipelines for North America-facing roles and global teams
- 5–10+ years of experience specializing in Technology and Product hiring
- Extensive exposure to B2B SaaS, AI, and Product-driven companies
- Demonstrated expertise in market mapping and strategic talent research
- Proven success in recruiting high-caliber talent from Tier-1 companies
- Experience collaborating directly with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment, beyond just sourcing or coordination
- Strong business insight with the ability to grasp product, technology stacks, and organizational design
- Interest in or experience with AI in recruitment and the future of hiring
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
- Becoming a trusted advisor to leadership on all talent-related decisions
- Establishing high-quality, reliable hiring pipelines
- Raising the talent standard across teams
